What is Health Coaching?

Health coaching is a supportive, collaborative process designed to help you understand your body, identify what's holding you back, and make realistic changes that support your long-term health.

I specialise in working with busy men and women, typically in their 40's and 50's, who want to feel better but are overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure where to start.

Health coaching can be particularly helpful if you're experiencing:

  • Low energy, fatigue or poor sleep

  • High stress or burnout

  • Perimenopausal, menopausal or hormonal symptoms

  • Digestive issues, reflux or bloating
